We are expanding our sales team to support our rapid growth across India and Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore) and are looking for a sharp Pre-Sales Manager to partner with Sales in building strong qualified pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Qualification

oResearch, identify, and qualify target accounts (CHROs, TA leaders, L&D heads) in India & SEA.

oConduct introductory conversations to uncover needs, assess fit, and qualify opportunities.

oEnsure only high-quality opportunities are handed over for demos/closures.

Discovery & Early Demos

oLead early-stage product demos for prospects in qualification stage.

oManage initial technical queries and solution fit discussions.

oEnsure the right stakeholders (decision makers, influencers) are brought into the sales process.

Collaboration with Sales

oSupport Sales Managers and Sales Lead with account intelligence and stakeholder mapping.

oDocument customer requirements and feed into RFP/proposal creation (handled by Sales).

oMaintain clear pipeline hygiene in Freshworks CRM.

Sales Enablement Support

oBuild demo decks, qualification notes, competitor insights for Sales.

oProvide feedback to product/marketing on prospect objections and trends.

Key KPIs

  • Qualified leads passed per month
  • Conversion rate of qualified leads demos
  • CRM hygiene (100% data capture, lead status accuracy).
  • Early-stage demo satisfaction score (internal + customer feedback).

Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience in Pre-Sales / SDR / BDR roles in B2B SaaS or HR Tech.
  • Strong communication and discovery skills; able to engage senior HR stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting product demos and handling basic technical queries.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Freshworks, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Driven, analytical, and process-oriented with high attention to detail.
