Infoway Solutions LLC is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing US Staffing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and are eager to build a career in the US recruitment industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Identify potential clients and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Research target companies and decision-makers in the US market.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with recruiters and sales teams to ensure smooth client engagement.
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in US Staffing, Lead Generation, or Pre-Sales is an added advantage.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome).
• 0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, or US Staffing.
• Comfortable working in the Night Shift.
