Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate leads and acquire new clients for US IT Staffing services.

✅ Prospect through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other B2B channels.

✅ Schedule meetings with Hiring Managers, HRs, and Talent Acquisition teams.

✅ Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.

✅ Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills:

✔ 1–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, or Lead Generation.

✔ Excellent English communication skills.

✔ Experience with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and cold calling.

✔ Strong understanding of US IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, and Recruitment Services.

✔ Self-motivated and target-driven
