Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-sales Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Pre-sales Executive will be responsible for understanding client needs, preparing presentations and proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves identifying potential clients, following up on leads, and maintaining customer relationships to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Experience in presentation and public speaking, coupled with the ability to create persuasive proposals
- Strong aptitude for research and problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and product teams
- Knowledge of the industry or market segment relevant to Industry Ready Academy is a plus
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects at once
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite is advantageous
