Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and confident Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by assisting in lead generation, client communication, and preparation of pre-sales documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an excellent command of the English language, and the ability to manage data and coordinate with internal teams. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, particularly for English, Mass Communication, or related academic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand company products, services, and technical offerings.

Assist the sales team in pre-sales activities and initial client interactions via calls, emails, and meetings to promote solutions.

Prepare and draft professional emails, proposals, presentations, and reports.

Conduct lead generation and data research through online platforms and databases.

Qualify leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or internal systems.

Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of leads.

Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.

Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to sales

Support in market research, competitor analysis, and sales reporting.

Requirements

Requirements

Fresh Graduate in English, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong research, organizational, and documentation skills.

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM Tool.

Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.

Smart, confident, and self-motivated personality.

Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
