Job Description
As a Presales Lead at L&T Realty, you will manage and convert leads, improve lead management processes, and generate quality walk-ins across projects. This individual contributor role focuses on optimizing lead conversions, increasing revenue, and driving best practices in lead handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Manage leads from multiple sources, aiming to improve conversion rates and contribute 20%+ to the business.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor lead progress, prepare dashboards, and provide insights to top management.
- Cross-Project Utilization: Leverage leads across various real estate projects, coordinating with sales for updates on pricing and inventory.
- Process Improvement: Implement industry best practices and optimize CRM and cloud telephony systems.
- Call Quality: Review and improve call engagement and lead interaction quality.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and proactive approach.
- Experience in presales or telecalling, preferably in real estate, aviation, or hospitality.
- Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and cloud telephony systems.
- Graduate or above.
