Job Description

We are seeking a polished and client-focused Pre-Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for premium clients exploring luxury interior solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, relationship-building, and guiding clients seamlessly from inquiry to project confirmation.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for new inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Understand client requirements, preferences, and aspirations to recommend suitable interior solutions.
  • Present company offerings, design approach, and value proposition effectively.
  • Maintain strong, personalised, and professional client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the design team to capture and translate client expectations accurately.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into projects.
  • Maintain organised records of leads, interactions, and follow-up actions for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or client engagement within luxury interiors or related design sectors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client-focused approach with the ability to convert leads effectively.
  • Polished and professional demeanour suitable for high-end clients.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Female candidates preferred (role requirement for client-facing interactions).
  • Proficiency in Excel and prior experience using CRM tools are a must.
