Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for new inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and aspirations to recommend suitable interior solutions.
- Present company offerings, design approach, and value proposition effectively.
- Maintain strong, personalised, and professional client relationships.
- Coordinate with the design team to capture and translate client expectations accurately.
- Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into projects.
- Maintain organised records of leads, interactions, and follow-up actions for reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or client engagement within luxury interiors or related design sectors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong client-focused approach with the ability to convert leads effectively.
- Polished and professional demeanour suitable for high-end clients.
- Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Female candidates preferred (role requirement for client-facing interactions).
- Proficiency in Excel and prior experience using CRM tools are a must.
