Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant with expertise in solution designing, proposal crafting, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial industry, experience with budget spent analysis, and the ability to identify market trends. A solid delivery background and a bit of technical expertise are preferred, though no hands-on development or programming experience is required. This role will involve collaborating with our sales and delivery teams to deliver the right solutions to address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Work closely with sales and delivery teams to design solutions that meet client requirements and align with their business objectives.
  
  

• Proposal Development: Craft compelling and detailed proposals that clearly communicate the value of Wissen's solutions, highlighting our technical capabilities and service offerings.
  
  

• Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, especially within the financial sector, and understand customer challenges and potential opportunities.
  
  

• Budget and Spend Analysis: Analyze budget spending patterns and provide insights to ensure solutions are both cost-effective and aligned with customer budgets.
  
  

• Customer Engagement: Work directly with customers to understand their business problems, pain points, and technology requirements. Propose solutions that address these challenges, leveraging Wissen's strengths.
  
  

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, and technical teams) to ensure a smooth transition from proposal to project execution.
  
  

• Financial Industry Focus: Keep up-to-date with trends in the financial services industry to tailor solutions that address evolving market needs.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or delivery roles.
  
  

• Strong background in solution design and crafting winning proposals for clients.
  
  

• Experience conducting market analysis and identifying industry trends, especially in the financial sector.
  
  

• Ability to perform budget spent analysis and provide cost-effective solutions.
  
  

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
  
  

• Experience in working closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and customer expectations.
  
  

• Technical background (preferred) to understand solution requirements but no need for hands-on development or programming expertise
