Role Summary
We are seeking a driven and experienced Pre-Sales Consultant with over 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The Pre-Sales Consultant will work closely with the sales, technical, and product teams to understand client needs, present solutions, and close deals. This role plays a pivotal part in demonstrating our capabilities and aligning solutions with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Engage with clients to gather business and technical requirements and evaluate their specific needs.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with the technical team to design customized IT solutions that address client challenges and align with their objectives.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and technical documentation tailored to client needs.
- Demonstrations: Conduct impactful product and solution demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing our IT service capabilities.
- RFP/RFI Management: Respond to client Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary technical consultant for client discussions, resolving queries and building trust.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align pre-sales efforts with organizational goals and delivery capabilities.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct market and competitor research to refine pitches and strategies.
- Sales Support: Partner with sales representatives to craft deal-closing strategies and address roadblocks during the sales process.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of IT services and solutions, including software development, Blockchain, CRM platforms, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in analyzing business requirements and designing tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of proposal development, pricing structures, and contracts.
- Ability to manage multiple pre-sales activities and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with technical and sales teams.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office, CRM platforms, and proposal management software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consultant role within an IT services company.
- Proven track record of successful pre-sales engagements.
