Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales role located in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include engaging potential clients, conducting product or service presentations, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth. The Pre-Sales Associate will collaborate closely with the sales team, address customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless transition to the sales process. Additionally, the role involves maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and supporting lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer requirements and tailor solutions effectively
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for addressing inquiries and maintaining client relationships
- Consulting and Presales experience in identifying client needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Proven ability to collaborate with teams and work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and a basic understanding of real estate markets is an advantage
- Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
