Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Pre Sales Executive. The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for understanding client requirements, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about our properties. Additional responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, arranging site visits, following up on leads, maintaining a customer database, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from the initial inquiry to the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Sales and client relationship management experience
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
