Job Title: Pre- Sales Associate- US
Location: Remote
Work Hours: 9 (Rotational); 5.5 days per week
Shift Timings: 11 AM- 7 PM, 1 PM- 9 PM
Compensation: Upto 3.6 LPA (Fixed)
Role Overview
As a Pre-Sales Associate (Outbound), you will be responsible for connecting with
potential students referred by Ambers partners, understanding their future
housing needs and their student journey, and building long-term engagement
through consistent communication and trust-building.
You will educate students about the housing process, maintain regular touch-
points, and nurture interest until they are ready to move forward with a booking
ensuring a smooth handover to the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Engagement: Proactively reach out to students shared by partners via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain long-term relationships with students by educating them about Ambers offerings and the booking process.
- Lead Qualification: Identify genuine interest, capture detailed requirements
- (location, budget, move-in dates), and categorize leads by readiness.
- Pipeline Management: Track every leads journey from initial contact to sales handover using CRM tools.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential students to keep them engaged and informed.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead transfer when a student is ready to convert.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain and report key funnel metrics:-
Catered to Interested (%) conversion of contacted leads into interested prospects.

Feedback Loop: Share insights on partner lead quality, student objections, and communication gaps for process improvement.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors/Diploma degree in any field.
- 0-2 years of experience in any inside sales role
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English essential).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, empathetic, and proactive approach.
- Comfort with high-volume calling and structured outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (LeadSquared/Salesforce) and lead management
- processes.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-oriented mindset with comfort in reporting and tracking funnel metrics.
