Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Pre-Sales Associate. The Pre-Sales Associate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing information about PW's offerings, and guiding prospective students & parents in making informed decisions. Responsibilities include interacting with potential customers, addressing inquiries, explaining courses and services, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads. The role requires effective communication and collaboration to ensure a seamless pre-sales process and actively contribute to achieving enrollment targets.
