Job Title: Business Development Associate – US Market - Pre sales

What You'll Do

• Act as the first touchpoint for potential US customers, showcasing the value of Bhanzu's offerings
• Conduct engaging consultations via video calls and live demos
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach and engagement strategies
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support pipeline management
• Gather market insights to help improve messaging and customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales & inside sales.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills tailored to US audiences
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances in the US market
• Flexibility to work in US time zones
• Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM, video platforms, and digital tools
