What You'll Do
- Act as the first touchpoint for potential US customers, showcasing the value of Bhanzu's offerings
- Conduct engaging consultations via video calls and live demos
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach and engagement strategies
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support pipeline management
- Gather market insights to help improve messaging and customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or customer engagement roles
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills tailored to US audiences
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances in the US market
- Flexibility to work in US time zones
- Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM, video platforms, and digital tools
