Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven Pre-Sales & Digital Marketing Intern to support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in daily outbound outreach and LinkedIn-based lead generation.

This is a 6-month, execution-focused internship offering real-time exposure to B2B sales, with a strong opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance.

The intern will work on assigned leads shared by the CRO and will be responsible for pre-sales outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and campaign execution. The role involves initiating first-level conversations, maintaining engagement, and handing over interested prospects to the CRO for further conversion.

This is a highly execution-focused role requiring consistency, discipline, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily pre-sales outreach (cold outreach via LinkedIn) to 30–45 leads shared by the CRO.
  • Send connection requests, messages, and follow-ups through LinkedIn and related communication channels.
  • Initiate first-level conversations and generate interest in Idyaite's offerings.
  • Maintain consistent engagement and follow-up with prospects.
  • Identify interested leads and hand them over to the CRO for further conversion.
  • Support execution of LinkedIn outreach campaigns using predefined messaging.
  • Track outreach activity and maintain simple daily reports.
  • Assist in basic content creation such as LinkedIn posts and short videos when required

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, LinkedIn outreach, and digital marketing.
  • Good written communication skills for professional messaging.
  • Comfortable with structured daily outreach and follow-up work.
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn and B2B communication (preferred).
  • Ability to support simple video/content creation is an added advantage.
  • Highly disciplined, consistent, and self-driven

Additional Requirements:

  • Based in Mangalore, or willing to relocate upon appointment.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Willingness to experiment, learn and grow.
