Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to support the execution of Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating campaigns, managing vendors, supporting on-ground activations, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support ATL and BTL marketing campaigns as per brand and business objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders for timely campaign execution.
- Provide operational support for marketing camps, activations, promotions, and events.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning and execution.
- Conduct regular ground visits to monitor campaign implementation, branding visibility, and activity performance.
- Support logistics, material deployment, and on-site coordination for promotional activities.
- Track execution quality and provide feedback/reporting on campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines.
Skills & Requirements.
- Proven experience in ATL and BTL marketing execution.
- Experience in vendor management, on-ground activations, and campaign coordination.
- Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills.
- Willingness to travel within and outside the city as required.
- Must own a motorcycle for local travel and field visits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (adjust based on Executive/Sr. Executive level).
- Experience in field marketing, events, or activation-led campaigns will be an advantage.
