We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-Primary Trainer to strengthen the Bachpan brand across India. In this role, you will travel to Bachpan franchise centres and conduct structured training sessions for teachers and counsellors covering early childhood education practices, the Bachpan curriculum, social media usage, and brand standards. You will be a key bridge between our head office and our partner schools, ensuring consistent quality and a unified brand experience.
Travel requirement
Pan India travel 10 to 20 days per month
This is a field-based role. The candidate must be comfortable travelling across multiple states each month to visit Bachpan franchise centres. Travel, accommodation, and daily allowances will be provided as per company policy.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct on-site training sessions for teachers and counsellors at Bachpan franchise centres across India on the Bachpan curriculum, pedagogy, and classroom management techniques.
- Train staff on the correct usage and representation of the Bachpan brand including brand standards, communication tone, and visual identity guidelines.
- Deliver social media training to school staff, covering content creation, posting best practices, and platform usage (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) aligned with Bachpan's brand voice.
- Guide counsellors on parent engagement, admission processes, and effective communication skills.
- Assess training needs at each centre and customise training modules accordingly to ensure maximum impact.
- Prepare and submit post-training reports with observations, feedback, and recommendations to the head office team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education and integrate relevant practices into training programs.
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners and act as a trusted representative of the Bachpan brand.
