Pre Primary Teacher

Job Summary:

The Pre Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons, engaging young children in creative learning activities, assessing progress, and maintaining regular communication with parents to support each child's development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning & Implementation: Develop and deliver lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate and aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Creative Teaching: Use innovative and engaging teaching techniques to stimulate learning and curiosity among young children.
• Student Assessment: Observe and assess children's behavior, learning progress, and social development, providing constructive feedback.
• Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents to share updates on their child's progress and suggest strategies to support learning at home.
• Classroom Management: Foster a safe, supportive, and nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Activity Organization: Plan and supervise educational and recreational activities that promote holistic child development.
