Pre-Primary Teacher

Mere Nanhe Kadam is a renowned preschool located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, dedicated to nurturing the potential of young children. We emphasize quality early education by promoting good habits, social interaction, and personal growth. Through our Play Group, Nursery, L.K.G., and U.K.G. programs, we implement play-based and Montessori-inspired methodologies to create a holistic learning environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi for a Pre-Primary Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and ensuring the holistic development of young learners. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with parents, encouraging social and personal growth in each child, and collaborating with the team to enhance the learning experience.

• Competence in Curriculum Development and Teaching methodologies for young learners.
• Experience or formal training in Elementary Education or related fields.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for early education and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Knowledge of child psychology, patience, and creativity will be advantageous.
