We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Classroom Management: Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes socialization and learning.
- Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality instruction that meets the curriculum requirements and promotes student development.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Continuously assess and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Parent-Teacher Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about student progress and school activities.
- Classroom Organization: Ensure the classroom is well-organized, clean, and safe for students.
- Collaboration with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to achieve school goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching pre-primary students.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding of young children&aposs needs.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field are desirable.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM 4:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 (Alternative Saturdays off)
