Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate learning for Pre-Primary students through play-based and inquiry-driven approaches.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Early Years developmental milestones.
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate closely with co-teachers, coordinators, and the Early Years team.
- Participate in school events, professional development programmes, and classroom enrichment activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Early Childhood Education / E.C.C.Ed / Montessori Training (mandatory).
- Minimum 23 years of relevant teaching experience in Pre-Primary or Early Years.
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of play-based, hands-on, and child-centric teaching approaches.
- Warm, patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic personality suitable for working with young children.
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
