Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located at The Samhita Academy's Bengaluru campus for the roles of Pre-Primary Teacher and Mathematics Teacher for Grades 2 and 3. The responsibilities include developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, fostering an interactive and inclusive classroom environment, and monitoring student progress. Collaboration with colleagues to develop and refine the teaching curriculum will be an essential aspect of the role, alongside providing individualized attention and maintaining positive communication with students and parents.

Qualifications

• Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject with B.Ed.
• Strong foundation in Mathematics and Mathematics Education.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to deliver engaging and structured learning experiences.
• Qualified Teacher status or equivalent educational certification in teaching or relevant fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A passion for teaching and nurturing young learners, with a focus on creativity and innovative methods.
• Prior experience teaching students in pre-primary grades or Grades 2 and 3 is preferred.

• Experience:2 years of teaching experience preferred in the relevant subject(freshers with high potential with relevant qualifications are welcome).
