Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Sanctus World School B.N. Reddy in Hyderabad, hiring for multiple positions: Pre-Primary Home Room Teachers (HRT), English Facilitators, Hindi Facilitators, and a Librarian. Pre-Primary HRTs will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, facilitate play-based learning, manage classroom routines, and maintain regular communication with families.

English and Hindi Facilitators will design and deliver engaging language lessons, develop reading and writing skills, assess learner progress, and support language enrichment activities such as debates, storytelling, and literary clubs.

The Librarian will manage the school library, organize and catalog resources, guide learners in research and reading choices, promote a reading culture, and collaborate with teachers on library-based projects.

All team members are expected to maintain student records, participate in school events, attend staff meetings and training sessions, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management, lesson planning, and child-centered pedagogy skills, especially for early years and primary grades.
• Proficiency in English communication for all roles; fluency in Hindi is essential for Hindi Facilitators.
• Experience with CBSE and/or IB curricula, including familiarity with inquiry-based and activity-based learning approaches.
• Library management, cataloging, and reading promotion skills for the Librarian role.
• Ability to use basic educational technology tools for lesson delivery, communication, and student assessment.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject (B.Ed or equivalent preferred); specialized training in Early Childhood Education for Pre-Primary HRTs is an advantage.
• Prior teaching or school experience in a similar role; experience in international or progressive schools is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and a student-centric, inclusive approach to education.
