Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Post Sales Engineer, based in New Delhi. The role involves working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise to clients, conducting product demonstrations, and designing tailored technology solutions to meet customer requirements. Responsibilities include configuring and deploying solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, providing training for clients, and supporting sales cycles by addressing technical and operational questions. Close collaboration with customers and internal teams will be required to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales with a focus on technical products and solutions
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges effectively
• Knowledge of technology solutions such as Servers, Workstations, Storage Solutions, and LFDs
• Understanding of mission-critical and enterprise-level IT infrastructure requirements
• Willingness to work on-site at the New Delhi location
• High level of problem-solving capability and strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred
