Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Pre Post Sales Engineer. The role involves providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sale and post-sale phases of the customer engagement process. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, designing technical solutions, delivering product demonstrations, assisting with installations, and addressing client queries. The Pre Post Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team, maintain client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to design, propose, and implement technical solutions
• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Sales and Customer Service skills to assess client needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain professional relationships
• Analytical problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Previous experience in sectors such as government, corporate IT, or infrastructure projects is a plus
• Familiarity with large-scale technology projects and a working knowledge of Servers, Storage Solutions, or related products is advantageous
