Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre Post Sales Engineer based in New Delhi. The Pre Post Sales Engineer will provide technical support throughout the sales process, assist in preparing sales proposals, and work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs. The role involves consulting with clients to identify technical requirements, configuring technology solutions, addressing post-sale service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will serve as a vital link between technical teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to design and recommend technical solutions tailored to customer needs
• Experience in providing Technical Support and effectively solving issues related to hardware and software systems
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and accurately convey technical information
• Knowledge of AI-powered technologies, video surveillance, networking systems, and digital displays is an added advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams to ensure client success
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
