Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Collection and Recovery Professional, located in Ghaziabad. The role involves managing debt collection processes, communicating with clients and debtors, collecting outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions. You will also be required to provide excellent customer service and contribute to financial recovery goals through effective strategies and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Understanding of Finance principles and processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Relevant experience in pre-collection, recovery, or a similar field is an advantage.
