This is a full-time, on-site Proposal Engineer position based in Mumbai. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals as per client requirements. Key responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information, estimating costs, preparing detailed documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires a collaborative approach and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering concepts, technical proposal preparation, and analyzing specifications.
• Research and Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth research and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Writing and Documentation: Strong skills in technical writing, preparing detailed documentation, and ensuring clarity and accuracy in proposals.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Project Management Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the environmental or engineering industry and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
