Practice Manager / Operations Head

SJK Architects is a Mumbai-based architecture, interior design, and masterplanning practice founded in 1990, led by a team of dedicated professionals. This full-time hybrid role, based in Mumbai, involves overseeing operations and ensuring the smooth management of the firm. The Practice Manager/Operations Head will handle day-to-day activities including operations management, budget management, and resource planning. The role also includes leading a team of professionals, coordinating internal communication, monitoring project workflows, and optimizing processes to achieve organizational goals. • Proficiency in Operations Management and Budgeting to manage project efficiency and financial allocation
• Strong Team Management and Communication skills to lead teams and ensure clarity in workflows
• Analytical Skills for evaluating business performance and streamlining operations
• Ability to multitask, innovate, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with architecture and design practices is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience in managing operations and team leadership, preferably in creative or architectural organizations
