About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional technology leader to spearhead our Scale AI service offering, driving enterprise-wide AI deployment with domain agents, MLOps, and responsible governance. This role requires a visionary leader who can architect and deliver comprehensive AI solutions from vertical applications to core platform infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead and scale the entire Scale AI service offering, driving 40-60% productivity gains for clients
- Architect and oversee development of AI Foundry platform components including AgentSpace.ai, Govern.ai, and AutonomousDataEng.ai
- Define and execute strategy for vertical AI applications across diverse personas and use cases
- Drive 10X faster time-to-value initiatives and zero-touch operations transformation
Technical Excellence:
- Design and implement production-grade generative AI solutions using cutting-edge LLMs and multi-agent architectures
- Build and optimize MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for enterprise-scale deployments
- Architect governance frameworks ensuring responsible AI deployment across organizations
- Lead development of autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI
Platform Development:
- Oversee AI Foundry Core platform evolution integrating best-in-class open-source technologies
- Drive development of persona-driven vertical AI applications (MEGA LT, Tech & Semi, LSH, Telco, RCPG, BFSI)
- Implement unstructured data processing capabilities for comprehensive AI solutions
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and data infrastructure
Team & Client Leadership:
- Build and mentor high-performing teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers
- Engage with C-level executives to understand business challenges and translate them into AI solutions
- Drive pre-sales activities, solution architecture, and technical proposals
- Foster innovation culture and continuous learning within the team
Required Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
- Deep hands-on experience with ML/Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX)
- Extensive experience with Generative AI, LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA), and prompt engineering
- Proven expertise in MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in production ML systems
- Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and embedding models
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems
Domain Knowledge:
- 8+ years building and deploying ML/AI solutions in production environments
- 5+ years in Gen AI and LLM-based application development
- Experience with vertical AI solutions across multiple industries
- Strong understanding of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices
- Knowledge of data engineering, DataOps, and modern data architectures
Leadership Skills:
- Proven track record of leading 20+ member technical teams
- Experience in P&L management and business development
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strategic thinking with execution excellence
- Experience in building products/platforms from 0 to 1
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
- Publications or patents in AI/ML domain
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI workloads
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
- Experience with edge AI and distributed AI systems
