About The Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive
PR & Social Media Executive to manage our brand presence across digital platforms and support public relations activities. The ideal candidate will help build brand visibility, engage audiences, and maintain a positive public image through strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations (PR)
- Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility
- Draft press releases, media pitches, and corporate communications
- Coordinate with media agencies, journalists, and influencers
- Monitor media coverage and prepare PR reports
- Support event planning, launches, and brand activations
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day posting across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
- Create engaging captions, reels ideas, stories, and content calendars
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and videos
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
- Track performance metrics and share monthly insights
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field
- 13 years of experience in PR, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and media relations
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, or similar
Good to Have
- Experience in agency or media environment
- Exposure to influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
- Basic analytics and reporting skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
