PR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Coordination: Maintain and update media contact lists across national, regional, and education-focused publications. Coordinate with journalists, editors, and influencers for coverage opportunities and story placements. Support the planning and execution of press events, briefings, and interviews.
• Press Content & Communication: Draft and edit press releases, media advisories, and spokesperson quotes. Assist in developing story ideas and pitching them to relevant media outlets. Support leadership in preparing talking points, Q&As, and event communication material.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track and compile daily/weekly media coverage reports. Analyze coverage quality, tone, and share of voice. Maintain a central repository of published articles and PR outcomes.
• Campaign & Event Support: Support PR amplification for key campaigns, events, and launches (e.g., Educathon, Student Choice Awards, webinars, campus activations). Liaise with internal teams and agency partners to align messaging and timing.
• Social & Digital Amplification: Collaborate with social media and content teams to extend PR stories across owned platforms. Identify opportunities for influencer engagement and earned social visibility.
