A creative agency in the Brand Consultancy, PR & Integrated Communications sector serving consumer, lifestyle and corporate clients across India. We design brand-first PR campaigns, manage reputation and deliver measurable media impact through earned, owned and influencer-led channels.
Role title (standardized): Public Relations Account Executive. This is an on-site role based in India, working closely with senior strategists, client teams and media partners to execute high-impact PR programs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute day-to-day PR activities for assigned accounts media outreach, press releases, bylines and story angles to meet client objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers and influencers; proactively pitch stories and secure coverage across print, online and broadcast.
- Coordinate on-ground and virtual events, product launches, media briefings and press tours including logistics and stakeholder management.
- Monitor media coverage, compile accurate clippings and deliver timely reports and insights that demonstrate campaign impact.
- Support crisis communications preparedness and rapid response drafting under guidance from senior leads.
- Manage client communications and internal project coordination to ensure deadlines, approvals and deliverables are met.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of PR or communications experience (agency background preferred)
- Proven success securing coverage in national and trade media
- Strong writing ability: press releases, pitches, op-eds and media notes
- Hands-on experience with media monitoring and reporting tools
- Client servicing and account management experience in an agency setting
- Ability to work full-time on-site and manage event logistics
Preferred
- Experience with influencer outreach and integrated campaigns
- Familiarity with Cision or Meltwater
- Exposure to brand strategy or integrated marketing projects
