What is the work
- Own and manage paid media campaigns end-to-end across Google Ads and Meta, with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
- Plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, and Social Ads.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis to build strong campaign foundations.
- Write and test high-performing ad copies and work with design/content teams on conversion-focused landing pages.
- Define and execute bidding strategies, budget allocation, and scaling plans based on performance data.
- Continuously monitor performance, run A/B tests, and optimise for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion quality.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, funnels, ecommerce tracking, and event measurement using GA4 and GTM.
- Analyse account performance deeply and provide actionable recommendations, not just reports.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and next steps.
- Work closely with clients to understand business goals and translate them into effective paid media strategies.
- Identify new growth opportunities across platforms, formats, and audiences (mobile + desktop).
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and PPC best practices.
- Collaborate with SEO, social media, and content teams to ensure aligned and integrated marketing efforts.

What skills and experience are we looking for
- 4+ years of hands-on PPC experience, managing high-budget campaigns, preferably in an agency or performance-driven environment.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads across Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max, and App Campaigns (UAC).
- Strong experience with paid social advertising, especially Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Deep understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and funnel-based advertising.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear optimisation actions.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with keyword research tools, bid management platforms, and PPC automation tools.
- Ability to clearly communicate performance, strategy, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
