Role Description

As a PPC Specialist at NPT Media Company, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our digital growth and connecting audiences with the content they love. You will be the architect behind our paid acquisition strategy, entrusted with designing and managing high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results across Google and Bing. Beyond simply managing bids and keywords, you will dive deep into performance metrics to uncover trends, optimize budgets for maximum ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally to refine our user acquisition funnel. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is passionate about the intersection of data and media, ready to take ownership of our search marketing efforts in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute end-to-day paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Advertising.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and negative keyword optimization to refine audience targeting.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards (GA4) and key reporting tools to track ROAS and CPA.
  • Execute continuous A/B testing on ad copy and landing page designs to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR).
  • Manage monthly ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal pacing and eliminating wasted spend.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for the NPT Media leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the creative and web teams to improve the conversion funnel and user experience.

Candidate Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in a PPC or SEM role, preferably within the media, music, or entertainment sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and tell a story with data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) for campaign analysis.
  • Up-to-date Google Ads Search and Display certifications are required.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling, high-converting ad copy.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
