Job Title: PPC Specialist

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Shift Timings: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (UK Shift)

Experience Level: 2+ years

Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented PPC Specialist with hands-on experience in managing international (US-focused) campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of paid media platforms, a proven track record in executing in-house campaigns, and expertise in lead generation strategies for tech services. Familiarity with advanced AI-powered PPC tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social channels targeting the US market
  • Manage end-to-end in-house campaigns, including strategy, setup, monitoring, and performance analysis
  • Develop and implement high-performing lead generation campaigns for tech services
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid strategies, and performance tuning
  • Utilize AI-driven tools such as Denly, Optimyzer, Adaoma, and Revealot to enhance campaign efficiency and performance
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaign messaging and goals
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong functional knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Proven experience in executing and managing in-house PPC campaigns
  • Demonstrated success in running lead generation campaigns, preferably in tech services
  • Experience handling international campaigns, particularly targeting the US audience
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered PPC tools (Denly, Optimyzer, Adaoma, Revealot)
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Google Ads or other relevant PPC platforms
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or tech-driven environment
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
