Requirements:
2-5 years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
In-depth understanding of keyword research, Google AdWords, and strategy development.
Proven ability to analyze and report on campaign performance, including ROI and conversions.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and goal setup for tracking and optimization.
Expertise in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns for performance improvements.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Email.
Ability to handle challenges and a quick problem-solving approach.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Sound knowledge of digital marketing strategies and an attitude of continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and others.
Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI, reduce CPA, and increase conversions.
Provide performance reports and insights to clients, ensuring they are informed of campaign progress and results.
Conduct regular keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals.
Monitor and optimize search, display, shopping, and video campaigns under the guidance of senior leadership.
Regularly track and evaluate key metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI, ensuring campaigns meet and exceed set goals.
Develop and implement campaign strategies to align with the client's goals and objectives, with regular performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide guidance to junior PPC team members, ensuring they are well-trained in PPC best practices and campaign optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
Ensure adherence to budgets and timelines while delivering the highest quality work.
Assist in proposal creation and client presentations, showcasing campaign performance and strategies for growth.
Performance Review Criteria:
Performance is evaluated based on campaign ROI, client satisfaction, and meeting/exceeding KPIs (CTR, CPA, conversion rate, etc.).
Regular reviews of campaign strategies and optimizations to drive continual performance improvements.
Monthly performance reviews with clear goals for optimization and improvements.
Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns effectively, maximizing both reach and cost efficiency
