Job Title: PPC Specialist / Paid Media Buyer

Location: Jaipur, India (or Remote/Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 2–4 years

Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven, analytical, and growth-oriented PPC Specialist / Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale our paid acquisition channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of paid search, display, and social media campaigns.

The ideal candidate lives in ad dashboards, loves running A/B tests, possesses strong conversion rate optimization (CRO) instincts, and knows how to turn ad spend into measurable revenue/leads.

Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, build, and execute paid campaigns across multiple platforms, primarily Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting expansion, and competitive analysis to uncover new scaling opportunities.
  • Structure ad accounts efficiently to maximize budget utilization and maintain a healthy Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) or Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
2. Optimization & Data Analysis
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Handle continuous bids, budgets, and targeting optimization based on performance data.
  • Set up, test, and troubleshoot tracking codes, pixels, and conversion actions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
3. Creative Collaboration & Copywriting
  • Write compelling, high-converting ad copy tailored to different stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to brief visual assets, hooks, and creative variations based on winning ad angles.
  • Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing page copy, and audience segments.
4. Reporting & Stakeholder Management
  • Prepare transparent, performance-focused weekly and monthly dashboards tracking key metrics (KPIs) like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership or clients rather than just reporting raw numbers.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising budgets (experience in SaaS, B2B Lead Gen, or Cyber Security spaces is a major plus).
  • Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager. Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or programmatic platforms is a benefit.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Strong proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and building dashboards in Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent with Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to slice data and find performance insights.
  • Certifications: Google Ads Certifications (Search, Measurement, Display) are highly preferred.
