The RoleAs a Media Buyer at Throttll, your primary mission is to turn ad spend into measurable growth. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of paid campaigns—from initial strategy and audience research to execution, daily optimization, and reporting. You should be comfortable pivoting between different industries and platforms to find the best ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage end-to-end paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Strategic Planning: Develop media plans that align with client goals, whether they are focused on brand awareness, lead generation, or e-commerce sales.
- Continuous Optimization: Perform daily bid management, keyword refreshes, and audience refining to ensure budgets are utilized efficiently.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with the design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, providing data-backed feedback on what hooks and visuals perform best.
- Performance Tracking: Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous split tests for landing pages, ad copy, and creative assets.
- Reporting: Create clear, actionable weekly and monthly reports for clients, explaining the why behind the numbers.
Technical Requirements- Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation.
- Tracking Knowledge: Solid understanding of pixels, CAPI, and GTM implementation.
- ROI Focus: A proven track record of managing significant monthly budgets while maintaining or improving ROAS/CPA.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts to clients in a simple, professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with additional platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Twitter (X) Ads, or Quora is a plus.
- Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Elementor, Unbounce) and basic understanding of the marketing funnel.
