Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat for a PPC Manager with a specialization in weaving. The PPC Manager will oversee production planning, scheduling, and coordination of weaving operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, efficiency, and quality standards. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves analyzing production data, optimizing workflows, liaising between production teams and stakeholders, and addressing challenges to meet business goals. The PPC Manager will also contribute to improving production performance and strategizing for long-term operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to drive operational strategies and performance improvements.
• Expertise in Marketing and Social Media Marketing for effective promotion and engagement within the textile industry.
• Skilled in Lead Generation to attract potential clients and partners for business growth.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to efficiently manage production workflows.
• Understanding of textile manufacturing, particularly in weaving processes, is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
