We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, especially within the education sector, and a strong understanding of ROI-focused campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Other platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Adroll, Taboola, Outbrain, Etc)
- Drive high-quality lead generation for courses, admissions, and programs
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions)
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Implement tracking using: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversion tracking & pixels
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with design, content, and CRM teams for campaign success
