Core Skillset
- 24 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience in Local Service Ads (LSA) setup, optimization, lead disputes, review management
- Experience running Google App Campaigns (Install, Action, Value)
- Understanding of Firebase/App tracking (basic level acceptable)
- Understanding of SEO to align paid, organic & content efforts
- Experience in client handling, communication & coordination
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects independently
- Experience with GTM tracking and setup (tags, triggers, custom events)
- Experience with Google Merchant Center, feed setup & issue resolution
- Ability to troubleshoot issues such as ad disapprovals, low delivery, tracking errors, policy issues
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies for continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, performance analysis & reporting
- Experience using Google Data Studio / Looker Studio for reporting (Preferred)
- Ability to effectively use AI tools for productivity, copywriting, analysis & execution
- A strong creative mindset for developing compelling ad copies, creatives & strategies
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and ownership of results
Key Responsibilities & KRAs
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, social platforms & LSA
- Manage and scale App Install & in-app action campaigns
- Manage budgets, targeting, bidding strategies & creatives
- Track and improve KPIs such as leads, installs, conversions, CPA, CPI & ROI
- Write captions, hashtags & content copies for ads and social platforms
- Coordinate with designers to ensure timely posting and brand consistency
- Handle client communication, performance updates & feedback loops
- Share weekly/monthly performance reports & insights
- Monitor and improve social media engagement and campaign performance
- Troubleshoot campaign issues (LSA ranking issues, app tracking, ad approvals, feed issues, etc.)
- Manage Merchant Center feed health & integration with Shopping/PMax
- Conduct competitor research, keyword research & market analysis
- Take complete ownership of assigned client accounts, timelines & results
- Work independently and proactively resolve issues without supervision
- Run A/B tests for creatives, landing pages & audience segments
- Use AI tools to speed up copywriting, ideation & reporting while maintaining quality
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Knowledge of SDK event tracking & MMP tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch optional)
- Basic creative abilities (e.g., Canva)
- YouTube SEO / Video marketing
- E-commerce ads experience (Google Shopping + Meta Catalog Ads)
