Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 23 years of experience in running paid ads onMeta Platforms, Inc.(Facebook & Instagram Ads) andGoogle LLC(Google Ads). Your main goal will be to generate leads or sales and improve overall ad performance.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
• Improve campaign results like clicks, leads, and sales.
• Do A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages.
• Create and manage full marketing funnels to increase conversions.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns regularly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Work with the creative team to improve ad content and designs.
• Attend client calls and explain campaign performance clearly.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of ad metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Basic knowledge of conversion tracking and analytics.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
