Customer points of contact on a regular basis to ensure that customer demand is captured, analyzed, loaded and managed within agreed turn-around time
To ensure that the process for Customer order acceptance is followed, integrating with the Sales, Inventory and Operational Process (SIOP) to lead, create and buy-off a strategic Master Production Schedule (MPS)
Review and update demand forecasts on a monthly basis in line with the SIOP cycle, liaising with key stakeholders
Generate and maintain necessary SIOP and Materials Management KPI's on a weekly / monthly basis
Maintain line of balance during project execution stage to prevent delay in manufacturing of machined parts, procurement of Raw materials and delivery of assemblies.
Follow up subcontract activities with SCM department.
Department Documentation as per AS Audit
Hands on experience on ERP/SAP PP Module.
Strong analytical skills and communications are required.
Analyzing demand forecasts and updating the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Support the development and implementation of strategies to align commercial, supply, and financial planning.
Assist in managing the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system and mitigating materials risks.
Manage the strategic buffer and maintain the right level of coverage across all the customers
Contribute to inventory management practices.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing methodologies and Kaizen events.
Aid in maintaining accurate reporting of various performance indicators and management information systems (MIS).
Assist in root cause analysis and contribute to corrective and preventive strategies with the Operations team
