About the Role
The PowerCurve Collections Developer is responsible for developing, configuring, and supporting Experian's PowerCurve Collections platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure strategies, workflows, and treatments within Experian PowerCurve Collections.
- Implement business rules, decision logic, and segmentation as per functional requirements.
- Configure and customize integration interfaces between PCC and external systems (e.g., CRM, dialers, payment gateways, data warehouses).
- Develop and maintain batch processes, scheduler jobs, and automation scripts.
- Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT support.
- Collaborate with collections operations and risk teams to translate business rules into PCC system logic.
Qualifications
Experience: 4 to 10 Years
Bachelor's degree in computers
Required Skills
- Proficiency in PowerCurve Collections platform.
- Strong understanding of business rules and decision logic.
- Experience with integration interfaces and external systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in collections operations.
- Knowledge of data warehouses and automation scripts.
