We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with the ability to customize and enhance the platform to meet business needs. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform system configuration, updates, and maintenance in ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services (SOAP/REST).
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets, and Scripting.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
