Key Responsibilities
Build and publish interactive Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX, drilldowns, bookmarks, and optimized visuals.
Integrate and model data from SQL Server, Snowflake, SAP (optional), and other enterprise systems using Microsoft Fabric.
Develop and maintain Fabric data pipelines for seamless, real-time reporting.
Optimize queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for high-performance analytics.
Implement Row-Level and Object-Level Security to ensure secure data access.
Lead and mentor a team of BI developers; collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Required Skills
Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard storytelling.
Strong SQL skills including complex queries and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, lakehouse architecture, and pipelines.
(Optional) Experience in SSIS/SSAS or SAP data integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as PL300 or DP203.
Experience with data governance, observability, or migration projects (e.g., Synapse Fabric).
Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics (optional).
