We are seeking a skilled and motivated PowerBI Developer to join our Analytics & Data department within the IT organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PowerBI reports and dashboards that support business decision-making. This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders and PowerApp development teams, and a deep understanding of data visualization standards such as IBCS.
Your Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to capture requirements
- Align with PowerApp development teams on data structures and integrations
- Implement PowerBI reports based on requirements in line with Accelleron reporting standard (based on IBCS)
- Document solutions
- Hand over PowerBI reports to business owners for maintenance
- Support business power users in building and maintaining PowerBI reports
- Maintain reports in line with our governance processes
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in PowerBI development and report creation
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and IBCS standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data modeling, manipulation, and analytics
- Knowledge of SQL, DAX, and other relevant programming languages is a plus
