PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)

We are seeking a talented PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) Developer to join our dynamic team. As a PCF Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom components that extend the capabilities of Microsoft Power Apps. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Component Development: Design, develop, and test custom PCF components to enhance the functionality and user experience of Power Apps.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as the PowerApps platform and its APIs.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges related to component development and integration.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Best Practices: Adhere to best practices for component development, including performance optimization, security, and accessibility.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Power Apps, PCF, and related technologies.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform.
• In-depth knowledge of the PCF framework and its components.
• Understanding of web development principles and practices.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• A passion for learning and staying current with new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React or other front-end frameworks.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with data modeling and API integration.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
